The Belfield Light Mask from Equilume is a seasonal breeding mask for horses, ideal for optimizing the performance of both breeding mares and stallions. In mares, light masks can help increase fertility, optimize gestation lengths, and support healthier births. Studies show mares who wear light masks give birth to healthier, stronger foals, who, on average, stand up 15 minutes before their counterparts. Stallions see benefits from light masks, such as increased libido and fertility. It can also help to extend the breeding season.
The Belfield Light Mask is intended for seasonal use only and cannot be reused. Fits most horses 13.2HH and above.
