At Equine World Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make the return and refund process fair, transparent, and straightforward.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if all the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item is returned in its original condition and packaging

  • All tags, labels, manuals, and accessories are included

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable & Exempt Items

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Supplements, feeds, vitamins, and consumables

  • Veterinary medications and pharmacy products

  • Grooming products that have been opened or used

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Incorrect or not as ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will assess the case and, where applicable, offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may be refused.

5. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after confirmation:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again

  2. Contact your payment provider

9. International Orders

For international customers:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer

  • Please ensure compliance with your local import/export regulations when returning items
